Our modern technology, lack of daily movement and increases in sitting for extended time periods has developed  a  serious condition, we call “Restricted Frontal Plane Syndrome”

[RFPS].

The frontal area of your body shortens and tightens, pulling the shoulders forward, tipping the hip backward flattening the lumbar curve and shifts the weight distribution to the ankles and feet back onto the heels. Due to this syndrome, the body pulls into a kypotic posture which throws the entire out of alignment and balance.
